For now, all you need to do is read the thread again and break down the project into pieces that can fit in specific discussion threads.
Quoting myself : we need to structure our thought process and create threads about specific issues (e.g. food supply, energy, legal aspects of the project, budgeting everything (material and financial), source of revenue, recruitment, and so on..
Every thread needs to enumerate our alternatives on any specific issue, pros n cons..
Many threads can be created just by re-reading the original 4chan thread and just organizing it properly.

We need a /polony/ thread to be posted daily on /pol/, so that we can gain traction and get members. We should also reqruit from any forums that we know have similar views as us. To do this we need a simple copy-paste that we can spread.

I agree with britbro.
Ok to look for other volunteers on short term but only to a certain extent. At some point, joining in must become more difficult, filtration must be done.
Remember that the one joining right now aren't guaranteed to stay either. It all depends on their personal investment, value and merit.
We are the vanguard of this idea, so we only need the most motivated.
A daily thread on pol can be a good thing for a few days. Please inform the forum when you open one so we can keep track on it and so that most of us available at the time can go there to explain our purpose and means.
Also, on a side note, we should definitely establish a list of communities we do not want to reach. I'm also against stormtards for example

What were doing is hard to contemplate and comprehend for people. Its gunna be hard to get people to consistently buy into it until our organization increases from 'fun thought' to 'Actual Planning'
