Weed is degenerate though, it encourages laziness, which if we are going to have to be maintaining a city is the last thing we want. Open to tourists is a good idea though, but we can't have workers smoking weed No, we shouldn't smoke on the job, but it'll help us relax in the evenings, this is going to be stressful. |

We should just call the state Hyperborea or something autistic like that (and for ironic purposes we should get an island somewhere south).
Will alcohol and cigarettes also be included in the substance ban?
Considering that there will also be little to no women at first, and a lot of substances might potentially be banned, what degree of asceticism is required from a potential member?
