Aside from pol, we should take time to think about the type of profiles we are looking for
Skillwise, we mostly need STEM people, specialized in specific fields (on top of my head : electrical engineering, architecture, farming, biology, medecine), but also people receptive to that kind of independant, unusual, daring project.
I'm also thinking about looking for preppers and survivalists, but cautiously. We can find very interesting people skilled in many practical and useful things but also full blown nutjob.
Can anyone name websites and communities we could target to find that kind of profiles?
