This thread is dedicated to finding a sustainable means of income to support the /pol/ony. One idea I had was to do software development for overseas companies.

For even a small'r colony we'll need atleast a couple of things generating income...
Easy enough to maintain is Data Storage.
Think of how many shady as fuck people.. companies.. countries.. whomever would LOVE to have their bullshit stored on an encrypted island run by /pol/acks lol

ok i'm going to ask the obvious here , once u/wee are settled there are means of making money and food and whatever we need , but its the strting capital to begin with thats lacking , just too build some shalters and will cost us a shitload and not to talk about transporting all the stuf from the mainland , so do you have anie ideas how to get the first milion , or in this case i thnk well need milions

well yeah but what when u build those , u need solar panels , u need fresh waterr , tools ,food for couple of months before wee can start to grow our own ,soil to grow plants , animals (bcause fuck vegans), and you nead to transport all of that , Solar is already sorted, we'll have 240V 50Hz AC, just need to be conservative with consumption. Fresh water can be filtered from sea water and food can be imported. |
