I speak for a community of people across the globe who are currently seeking a place to start a new nation. We have been looking at islands in the Pacific to start a colony. I have noticed the population of your island is dwindling, and that you are in desperate need of newcomers. I have a proposal to make, it may come across as bizarre, but hear me out.

The plan is to create a federation of island states, each with their own elected governor. We would like Oeno to be a part of our project. Should you allow us to settle on Oeno, we will provide Pitcairn with 24/7 solar power and trade in return. We have dozens of skilled people prepared to farm crops and produce alcoholic beverages, our engineers can help maintain Pitcairn and breathe new life into the Island- increasing tourism into the region.

Should you allow us to settle on Oeno, we will provide Pitcairn with a constant supply of solar power and trade in return. We have dozens of skilled individually prepared to farm crops and produce trade goods, and our engineers can help maintain Pitcairn and breathe new life into the Island. We have many long-term goals for developing both our nation and yours.

The hope behind this is to create a mutually beneficial environment that promotes friendship and economic development. Tourism and export of locally-brewed alcoholic beverages are two key components to our development. The region is stunning and ripe for sustainable development and preparation for a strong future.

A major part of our plan includes a facility that will house an archive of human civilization. A monolith that is a tribute and guardian to our history and all our knowledge. Books and information of all kinds would be stored in many formats. Not only will it be preserved for future generations, but will also protect our legacy should humanity meet a premature end. We want to make the modern answer to the Library of Alexandria.
