While we have proven that we are willing and most likely capable of not only to think up, but also to design and plot a micronation, I honestly believe we need some basic setup in order to make this work on the grand stage. What I'm going to present you now is the first draft of the basic lineout of our soon to be etablished micronation. As you may know you can join a micronation at will, since no country will recognize their status as an actual sovereign nation.

The Commonwealth of Polnia
The Commonwealth of Polnia is a micronation with claims over area, which was founded in 2015 by a loose council of international settlers. Polonia is not recongized by any country of government.
History
The Commonwealth of Polnia was founded on January 1, 2016 by a loose council of international settlers. Originally planned as a coup d'état on the island of Pitcairn, it soon became a movement on it's own, disregarding the original plan and claiming an uninhabitates island of the Solomon Island, called Stirling Island, as theirs. As of now, no citizen of Polnia has visitied said territory.
Political Structure
Polnia is a direct democracy, with a president being elected on a five-year term. Due to it's small size there are no ministries, all governmental work is done by the president or delegated to a more fitting citizen. All major issues regarding Polnia are voted on by the people with no possible vetos, thus limiting the power of the president to a mostly representative one. As of Januar 2016, no president has been elected and both governmental and representative power lays with the founding council.
Polnia is one of only two states without a capital, the other being Nauru.
Structure of the State and Social Issues
As of Januar 2016, there are no more than 40 citizens of Polnia. The exact number is unknown, since Polnia hasn't issued identity cards to it's citizens yet. The citizens of Polnia refer to themseves as Polnian, with the plural being Polnians.
Since Polnia lacks a constitution it doesn't have an official language, but English is used by both citizens and government.
As of now, Polnia doesn't have any church on it's soil and there are no plans to establish such an institution in the near future. While not advocating faith at all, they polnian government declared freedom of religious choice as a fundamental right. Still, it grants itself the right to forbid certain faiths on it's territory.
There is no polnian military or police and therefor no compulsory military service. Since the government can't protect the citizens they are free to own guns on it's territory, with little to no restrictions.
Polnia is issuing identity cards for registered citizen. Since there are little to no barriers to gain citizenship, everyone who applies will be granted one. They is a charge to gain citizenship, mainly to cover the expenses of the identity cards. The government grants itself the right to deny citizenship to anyone without naming a reason.
The Bank of Polnia is the only financial institution in Polnia. It's function is to give out and control the official tender of Polnia, the Polnian Quid. The Bank is also responsible for the collection of citizenship fees. Until now, no physical branch of the Bank of Polnia has opened and it's not possible to open an account with the instiution.
National Symbols
Polnia has both a flag and a coat of arms, both being under revision as of now. The state motto was Sit Nomine Digna, latin for May she be worthy of the name, the same motto the former state of Rhodesia used. Due to protest it was changed to Multi Vocati, Pauci Electi, latin for Many are called upon, but only few are chosen, a quote from Metthew the Apostle.
The Postal Office of Polnia is issuing stamps worth one Polnian Quid. As of January 2016 it's not possible to buy polonian stamps.
The legal tender of Polnia is the Polnian Quid. Issued only as coins, the value is graduated from one Quid to one hundred Quids. It copies the value of the US Dollar, hence one Quid can be bought for one Dollar. While being legal tender in polnian territory, it can't be changed into other currencies outside of Polnia. It's unknown how many Quids the Bank of Polnia has minted.
The only official news source of Polnia is the Polnian Bell, a newspaper which comes out irregularly and is issued by the polnian government. It's given away free of charge to the polnian citizen.
