The Caroline Islands is an archipelago we should look in to filling in the island and growing it too support a larger island population and port. pic related Attachments:

It's worth more as-is for tropical fish collection and aquaculture as well as tridacna clam farming. Live ornamental fish are $120 USD per pound average, but some rare specimens are worth much more.

Importing sand is not only expensive but extremely damaging to the environment. That guy who tried to colonize his own island in Fiji remained under the radar until he began importing sand to extend his claim. Fiji filed action against him on the grounds of destroying reef.

We should really be careful with reefs. The whole international community will come down on us if we fuck with one of those.
