Here we discuss the amendments of our constitution and our laws.
Constitution
- Right to self defence
- Freedom of expression
- Multinational corporations are forbidden from establishing themselves within the boundaries of the state
- Right to die
- Birthright Citizenship
- Right to property
Laws
- Cannabis, alcohol and tobacco are legal, alcohol can be purchased at 16, while cannabis and tobacco can be purchased at 18
- Age of consent is 14
- Gay marriage does not exist
- Prostitution is legal, street prostitution is results in a fine
- Abortion is illegal
- All types of firearms are legal, explosives are restricted to military use
This is all subject to change.

Constitution- Right to self defence - Freedom of expression - Right to die - Right to property Laws- Cannabis, alcohol and tobacco are legal, alcohol can be purchased at 16, while cannabis and tobacco can be purchased at 18 - Age of consent is 14 - Gay marriage does not exist - Prostitution is legal, street prostitution is results in a fine - Abortion is legal within the first 24 weeks of pregnancy, both mother and father's consent is required, in the event of a disagreement, the unconsenting parent is responsible for the child - All types of firearms are legal, explosives are restricted to military use This is all subject to change. Women should not rely on a mans earnings in the event if a divorce possibly a national charity for divorcee's after a divorce |

The State shall refuse and outlaw all foreign mega corporations from establishing themselves within the state of the Pacific Island Federation. This exist to ensure the people of the state keep full control over the money and to safeguard our economy from outside threats (jews). This includes all super stores, banks, fast food franchises, and other powerful and rich influences.
No citizen needs follow laws of decency and degeneracy when selling goods or services to foreign people. This makes acts of usury and other means of profiting from outside peoples.
Just some ideas. If not the second then definitely the first.

The goal is to establish our own businesses and trade centers. Like if I were to open a coffee shop and then Starbucks comes in then that means I just wasted money. If those can't come in then we are forced to fill that void of desire ourselves. We can have our little businesses that will grow or we can just build one big Walmart for us all to work at |

This bit should either be expanded on to say "Right to die for those with terminal illness or a crippling physical or mental disorder" or removed entirely and here's my reasoning:
1. It conflicts with Freedom of expression because when you kill yourself you take away your ability to be free and express your ideas, this is the main reason suicide is illegal in most western countries.
2. The purpose of this nation (i think) is to preserve the white race, so letting white people off themselves seems a little counter-productive.
3. /pol/ is a christian board, stop letting people go to hell, shitlord.
On the other hand if you force anyone killing themselves to do it on cam I'm down for it.

- Equality before the law.
- Gain of citizenship upon birth.
- Guaranteed personal freedoms.
- Inviolability of residence and property.
- Right to see a judge if charged with a crime.
- Right to free expression of opinions.
- Right to assemble peacefully.
- Right to form organizations.
- Inviolability of the privacy of correspondence.
- Basic outline of the military
- Right to buy, own and sell firearms.
- Basic outline of the public education.
- Guaranteed freedom of science.
- Basic outline of the form of government
- Detailed listing of the government's power and limits.
- Detailed listing of who is responsible for enforcing the law.
- Basic outline of who can become judge.
- How the national finances are handled.
Just a brief overview.
