Are we talking about the Caroline Atoll here, or is it just Caroline Island? The whole landmass. If you don't want to import ever single eatable item to the island, we may look for another one. We can import food from French Polynesia but we need produce our own food also. How about you find an island, you seem to know what to look for.

I desire a new land where we are free from the impending doom of the west. This could be it.

Not sure if anyone knows/said this but any place owned by the US thats not settled or wanted to become apart of the US is not really apart of the US. We have this thing about never starting colonies and only take land with people that want to be apart of us. We 'own' alot of Antarctica but if argued in a court of US law then we really don't own it. Any island owned by America can easily be won over in court if we did settle it. The Supreme Court is quite liberal so as long as we don't settle on some nature island of rare animals then we could settle a cheap price in court. Further not sure if France still cares about their islands so that could be a good start. When was the last time they did anything like the UK and the Falklands.
I believe Pitcairn island would still be best. Their website says a single settler can move in for only $500 but because of that pedo rape thing none want to move in. If we outnumber them within two or three years we would have majority vote on the island and thus do what we want.

The problem is if we start moving and we do it slow they might catch on we need to do sometime were in a month or so we outnumber them and vote for independence before they regroup and asses the situation

I don't believe they'll notice so long as we keep to ourselves. We can just pretend to be a weird cult or as I said hippy group. Research says less then ten people still go to church so the island doesn't care about religion.

But yea, agree with the rapid immigration once we get set up. Still not just random people though.

Once you declare independence you can join the rest of the federation. They'll probably catch on to what's happening especially after that email I sent. This could literally be done tomorrow if you find enough people. I'm still doing Caroline (or whatever island we end up choosing) though, I can't leave the UK for good just yet and we need more islands.

I still need to build up some wealth first. Can't go in giving nothing to the group.

> I can't leave just yet me neither britbong And there lies the problem, we're not going to convince 50+ people to pack their bags and spend the rest of their life on an island in the middle of nowhere. We might have a better chance at winning people over if we prove what can be done by successfully colonising Caroline.

Buying up land with a strong economy we build selling goods and tourist dollars.

I don't get what your plan is with Pitcairn, Oeno and Ducie are too small, Henderson is a UNESCO world heritage site and Pitcairn itself is populated.
